- System upgrades complete.
- Regular banking hours and services resume.

Looking for Business Banking?
Before
Friday, July 18
- Contact Information: Confirm all of your contact information is up to date (email and mobile phone).
- Account History & Transaction Detail: While account and transaction history will transition to the new experience, we recommend downloading any transaction detail that you may need historical access to.
- Bill Pay: Bill Pay will be transitioning to the new experience. As a best practice, we advise you to download your Bill Pay History and Payees for your records.
- Zelle®: You must reenroll in Zelle® after the update. Zelle® contact information will not transfer, so be sure to take note of all of your Zelle® contacts.
- Review FAQs: We've posted FAQs along with short video tutorials to familiarize yourself with our new banking tools.

Begin using the upgraded Online and Mobile Banking Solutions. To get started:
- After 9 AM, Log in at SouthShoreBank.com using your current Username.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and follow the instructions mailed to you.
- Download the new South Shore Bank Mobile App on your mobile device. Your login will be the same as it is for Online Banking. Remember to delete the current South Shore Bank Mobile App.
