Before

- Contact Information: Confirm all user contact information is up to date (email and mobile phone).
- Account Users & User Permissions: Please review, confirm, and update (if needed) any user permissions.
- Account History & Transaction Detail: While account and transaction history will transition to the new experience, we recommend downloading any transaction detail that you may need historical access to. Download your account history prior to July 18.
- Intuit Quicken®/QuickBooks®: Download your account history prior to July 18.
- Log In Credentials: Be on the lookout for additional correspondence with your new Log In credentials.

Begin using the upgraded Business Online and Mobile Banking Solutions. To get started:
- After 9 AM, Log in at SouthShoreBank.com using the credentials sent to you.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and follow the instructions mailed to you.
- Download the new South Shore Bank Business Mobile App on your mobile device. Your login will be the same as it is for Business Online Banking. Remember to delete the current South Shore Bank Mobile App.
