Nick Mari

As Senior Community Association Banking Relationship Manager at South Shore Bank, Nick leads the bank’s efforts to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to condominium and homeowner associations across New England. He brings a deep understanding of community association finance, governance, and project planning, along with a strong commitment to building long-term, collaborative relationships with property managers, boards, engineers, and legal partners.

Nick’s experience spans capital financing, treasury management, and strategic financial planning, allowing him to help associations navigate complex projects while maintaining financial stability and protecting property values. He is a Certified Educated Business Partner (EBP) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is currently enrolled in the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification class reflecting his dedication to industry best practices and continuing education. He also serves as a board member on the CAI-NE Chapter’s Emerging Leaders Committee.

Nick resides in Weymouth with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Luna. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and bowling.
