Lobbies Closed - Drive-ups OPEN

For the safety of our visitors and employees, and to do our part in reducing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), effective Tuesday, March 17, all South Shore Bank banking offices will be limited to drive-up and ATM/Face2Face transactions only. All banking lobbies will be temporarily closed to the public until further notice.

Our Customer Information Center (CIC) will continue to be available for telephone assistance, and our online banking, mobile banking, and automated telephone banking line will continue to be in operation.

Ways you can continue to bank safely

Online and Mobile Banking – Pay bills, transfer money between accounts, check balances and recent account activity, deposit a check, set up alerts, and open a new account on our secure site.

Face2Face Live Teller ATMs – Have your ID available to cash a check, make a deposit of cash or check, withdraw cash, transfer funds between accounts, and check balances. Out "live" tellers will assist you through the video screen with your transactions or any questions you may have. The Face2Face ATMs are available M-F 7-7; Sat 7-2.

ATMs – Use your ATM or debit card to deposit cash or checks, withdraw or transfer funds between accounts, and check balances at our network of locations, including more than 8,000 7-Eleven ATMs throughout the country without incurring any fees or surcharges.
